Observation

There are 2 blinds in licensed space that have cords capable of forming a loop. There were hanging ropes tied around a couple of trees that were capable of forming a loop. There is a sliding glass door that does not ave anything on it to prevent children from walking into it. There was a patio chair outside that was rusty in some areas. The water temperature registered at 128 degrees. There were outlets in the "quiet room" and "main room" that are not TPR. The outlet in the bathroom was not TPR.
